现代学徒制参与主体信任关系模型研究 被引量:2

摘要 为明确现代学徒制中学生学徒“双身份”,激励企业积极参与学徒制,以现代学徒制参与主体信任关系为研究对象,通过参与主体对学徒制班学生不同维度评价,形成评价样本数据集。结合综合测评和修正参数对样本数据进行标签,进而使用逻辑回归算法构建组群推荐信任关系模型。通过逻辑回归分析对参与主体的评价,其专业技能、学习能力、宜人性、人际关系和社交能力,成为影响企业认可学生或学徒的重要因素。利用信任关系模型,计算评价主体信任度和可信任度阈值,大于阈值则确定学生为学徒或满足企业岗位能力需求。本研究构建的信任关系模型,对不同阶段学生或学徒进行评价,依据评价信任度及可信任度阈值,为确定学徒身份和企业“如约”获得满意技能型人才提供过程化客观参考,进而有效提升企业参与现代学徒制的积极性。 In order to clarify the dual identity of students in the modern apprenticeship system and encourage enterprises to participate in the apprenticeship system actively,this paper takes the trust relationship of subjects participating in the modern apprenticeship system as the research object,and forms the evaluation sample data set through the subjects’evaluation of students in different dimensions in the apprenticeship system class.Combined with comprehensive evaluation and correction parameters,the sample data were labeled,and then the logistic regression algorithm was used to build the group recommendation trust relationship model.According to the evaluation of subjects through logistic regression analysis,their professional skills,learning ability,agreeableness,interpersonal and social ability become important factors affecting the recognition of students or apprentices by enterprises.The trust relationship model is used to calculate the evaluation subjects’trust degree and the threshold values of trustworthiness,and students whose value is greater than the threshold value can be identified as apprentices or meet the requirement of enterprise post ability.The trust relationship model built in this study,evaluates students or apprentices at different stages,and provides a process oriented objective reference for determining the identity of apprentices and enterprises to“keep the appointment”to obtain satisfied skilled talents according to the trust degree and trust threshold,thus effectively enhances the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in modern apprenticeship system.
