摘要
随着我国科学技术与社会经济的日益发展,社会应用型人才需求量明显提升。高职院校作为高素质应用型人才、技能型人才培养的专业院校,理应肩负起为社会发展培养高素质应用型人才这一重任。在机电专业课程教学环节,引入产教融合理念,创建更为高效、优质的现代学徒制人才培养模式,提升机电专业应用型人才培养效果。基于此,分析了产教融合视野下创新机电专业现代学徒制人才培养模式的实践策略,供广大职业教育工作者参考。
With the increasing development of science, technology and social economy in China, the demand for social applied talents has obviously increased. As a professional college for training high-quality applied talents and skilled talents, higher vocational colleges should shoulder the important task of training high-quality applied talents for social development. In the course teaching of mechanical and electrical specialty, the concept of integration of production and education is introduced, and a more efficient and high-quality modern apprenticeship training mode is created to improve the training effect of applied talents in mechanical and electrical specialty. Based on this, this paper analyzes the practical strategy of innovating the training mode of modern apprenticeship talents in mechanical and electrical specialty from the perspective of integration of production and education, which can be used as a reference for the majority of vocational educators.
