摘要
企业课程是现代学徒制人才培养模式中课程体系的主要组成部分,是以企业为主体开发实施的课程,具有双元性、实战性、特定性和依赖性等特征。其课程内容的选择原则应注重岗位实践性和课程关联性,选择方法要依据课程目标和企业岗位工作内容。课程的教学组织可采用"一师多徒""一徒多师"或"一师一徒"等形式,课程考核评价应综合考核学徒的职业素养、职业能力和职业水平。
Enterprise courses, as the key part of the curriculum system for modern apprenticeship system-based talent cultivation model, represents the courses of enterprise-oriented development and implementation with dual- ism,practical operation,specificality and dependency. The selection of the course contents should be based on post practice and course interrelations. Selection methods should be based on course objectives and corporate working contents. Use can be made of forms such as "one master guiding apprentices,one apprentice being guided by masters or one master guiding one apprentice" for teaching organization. The course assessment should be based on the students professional quality ,vocational ability and professional level.
