摘要
现代学徒制是职业教育实现"高等性"和"职业性"有机融合的有效途径。酒店管理专业实施现代学徒制可以通过校企合作育人机制提高人才培养的质量。该文从培养目标、培养内容、培养方式和质量评价体系等方面介绍酒店管理专业实施现代学徒制的基本框架;从专兼职教师队伍的建设、教学管理和运行机制等方面阐述现代学徒制的实施要素。
Modern apprenticeship is the effective way to achieve higher character and professional organic integration in vocational education.The implementation of Hotel management and modern apprenticeship can shape university-enterprise cooperation mechanism to improve the quality of personnel training.From the four aspects,naming training target,content,methods and evaluation system,the author introduces the implementation of the basic framework of hotel professional and modern apprenticeship management.From teachers team construction,teaching management and operational mechanism aspects this paper expounds the implementation elements of modern apprenticeship.
