职业学校课程重构的价值意蕴、基本取向与主要路径 被引量:3

摘要 课程重构是新时代职业教育课程改革的新要求、新领域,它使职业教育课程教学由理论形态转向学校实践形态,让行业性和地域性实践知识走入课堂。课程重构的基本取向在于从经验走向实证,从静态走向行动,从单一走向统整。职业学校教师应进一步更新课程观,聚焦“立德树人”,融合“岗课赛证”,以“初构—解构—创构—再构”重构课程,促进职业学校教师在课程建设上的深度卷入与自我表达,实现由教教材到教课程,由做课件到做课程的教学转变,从而有效提升教师的课程开发与课程实施能力。 Curriculum reconstruction is a new requirement and new field of vocational education curriculum reform in the new era.It makes vocational education curriculum and teaching change from theoretical form to school practice form,and brings industrial and regional practical knowledge into the classroom.The basic orientation of curriculum reconstruction lies in moving from experience to demonstration,from static to action,and from singleness to integration.Vocational school teachers should further update the curriculum concept,focus on“building virtue and cultivating students”,integrate“post-course-competition-certificate”,reconstruct the curriculum with“initial structure-deconstruction-creation-reconstruction”to promote the deep involvement and self-expression of vocational school teachers in the curriculum construction,and realize the teaching transformation from teaching materials to curriculum,and from courseware to curriculum,so as to improve teachers’curriculum development and curriculum implementation ability effectively.
