摘要
高职教育的培养目标决定了实训基地在投资理财专业教学中的重要作用,但现有的实训基地模式已不能适应高职教育发展的需要。因此,创新实训基地建设模式,校企共建"互动式"投资理财金融实训基地,并建立合理的管理和运行机制,不仅对高职投资理财人才培养有重要意义,而且能实现校企"双赢"。
The target of higher vocational education determines the important role of practical training base in investment major management professional teaching.However,the mode of investment major practical training base does not suit the needs of the development of higher vocational education now.So,to carry out innovative construction mode of investment major practical training base,co -construct mutual embedded practical training base by college and enterprise,and establish a rational management and operation mechanism.This method is not only important for investment major talent training,but also to achieve the school-enterprise ＂win-win＂.
