摘要
文章针对高职院校机电一体化技术专业学生掌握知识碎片化,综合运用所学知识能力薄弱,特建立基于LabVIEW的综合仿真实验。实验以外部环境作为采集量,以AT89C51单片机为核心处理芯片,配合外围电路,通过虚拟串口发送数据给上位机,利用LabVIEW图形化编程优势,实现数据的采集、监测和保存。综合仿真实验效果表明,实验教学方式新颖,学生积极性明显提高,对于学生课程知识的掌握、仿真设计及创新能力具有很大帮助。
In this paper, a comprehensive simulation experiment based on LabVIEW is established for the students of the mechatronics technology major in higher vocational colleges. The experiment takes the external environment as the collection quantity, takes the AT89 C51 SCM as the core processing chip, cooperates with the peripheral circuit, sends the data through the virtual serial port to the upper computer, and uses the LabVIEW graphical programming advantage to realize the data collection, monitoring and preservation. The results of the comprehensive simulation experiment show that the experimental teaching method is novel and the students’ enthusiasm is obviously improved. It is of great help to the students’ knowledge of curriculum, the design of simulation and the ability of innovation.
