摘要
现代学徒制自提出发展至今,取得了较大的成果,但也面临着一些问题。要进一步推进现代学徒制发展,必须深化校企合作,充分调动企业积极性,与学校深度合作,解决校企合作中存在的问题,按照企业所需培养人才。动态课程体系是以企业岗位所需为目标,适时调整人才培养方案和课程,以最大可能满足企业岗位的需求。动态课程体系的建设可以解决校企合作中存在的一些难题,为进一步推进现代学徒制发展提供参考,本文以高职动车组检修技术专业为对象,对现代学徒制视域下,校企双方参与的动态课程体系建设做了研究。
Modern apprenticeship has made great achievements since it was put forward and developed, but it also faces some problems. To further promote the development of the modern apprenticeship system, we must deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprises, cooperate with schools in depth, solve the problems existing in the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and train talents according to the needs of enterprises. The dynamic curriculum system aims at the needs of enterprises'posts, and adjusts the personnel training programs and courses in time to meet the needs of enterprises' posts as much as possible. The construction of dynamic curriculum system can solve some problems existing in school-enterprise cooperation and provide reference for further promoting the development of modern apprenticeship system.In this paper, the subject of EMU maintenance technology in higher vocational colleges is taken as the object, and the construction of dynamic curriculum system with the participation of both schools and enterprises in the perspective of modern apprenticeship system is studied.
