现代学徒制的探索与实践研究--以南京信息职业技术学院为例 被引量:6

摘要 世界上一些发达国家的职业教育现代学徒制已较为成熟。我国一些职业院校在学习国外经验的同时,也开展了现代学徒制试点工作。南京信息职业技术学院通过建立政、校、企三方协同育人机制,与企业深度合作,共同制定现代学徒制的人才培养方案、教学管理制度,共同进行现代学徒制的企业师傅选拔与考核,共同开展现代学徒制的学徒评价等环节,在人才培养方面取得了一系列成果。在试点工作过程中依然存在招生问题、学徒的身份问题以及政、校、企、生四方实施现代学徒制的积极性问题等,需要进一步探索解决。 In some developed countries, the modem apprenticeship in vocational education has been very mature. While learning from the foreign experience, some vocational colleges in our country also undertake the pilot work of modern apprenticeship. Through the establishment of the government- school -enterprise cooperative education mechanism, Nanjing College of Information Technology undertakes in-depth cooperation with the enterprises to jointly formulate the modem apprenticeship talent training plans and teaching management system; jointly undertake the selection and assessment of masters in enterprises; and jointly carries out apprentice evaluation. Though a series of achievements have been made .on talent cultivation, in order to implement modem apprenticeship, further exploration is needed to solve the problems in the aspects of student recruitment, the apprentice's identity and the enthusiasm of the four parties, respectively the government, the schools, the enterprises and the students.
