摘要
智能化时代的到来使技术技能人才的工作模式产生工作范围扩大化、工作组织扁平化、工作内容创新化及工作方式协作化四个方面的变革,变革必然带来智能化生产系统对高度复合型技术技能人才的需求,从而引发高等职业教育人才培养模式对遵循"工具理性"还是"价值理性"、"单个专业"还是"专业集群"、"浅层合作"还是"深度融合"等问题的持续追问。因此,在重新审视人才培养模式转型面临问题的基础上,高职教育应及时更新人才培养理念和目标、蓄力推动专业群建设、全面推进校企协同育人,探寻智能化时代人才培养模式的转型对策。
The advent of the intelligent era has enabled the working model of technicians generates four changes,that is,expanded scope of work,flattened organization of work,innovation in work contents,collaborative way of working.The change of work mode will bring the demand of highly complex technicians in intelligent production system,which will raise the question of whether the talent training mode of higher vocational education should follow the question of"tool rationality"or"value rationality","single major"or"professional cluster","shallow cooperation"or"deep integration".Therefore,on the basis of re-examining some problems in the transformation of talent training mode,higher vocational education should update the concept and goal of talent cultivation in a timely manner,promote the construction of professional groups,and comprehensively promote the coordinated education of schools and enterprises,and explore the transformation strategies of talent training model in the intelligent age.
