摘要
建立荧光分析法测定维生素B2片含量及其均匀度的方法。以0. 2 mol/L醋酸为溶剂,荧光激发波长为463 nm,荧光发射波长为525 nm,经测定,维生素B2在0. 2~1. 0μg/m L的线性范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0. 9991);测得的平均标示量百分含量为97. 05%,RSD值为1. 857%;平均回收率(n=9,RSD=1. 12%)为97. 27%;维生素B2在8 h内稳定;测得片剂的含量均匀度为13. 162。本方法建立的荧光分析方法具有快速、简便、准确的特点,重现性较好,可用于维生素B2片剂含量及均匀度测定。
A method for the determination of vitamin B2 tablets and its uniformity by fluorescence analysis was established. Using 0. 2 mol/L acetic acid as solvent and fluorescence excitation wavelength of 463 nm,fluorescence emission wavelength of 525 nm,vitamin B2 showed a good linear relationship in the linear range of 0. 2 ≤1. 0 μg/m L( r≥0. 9991). The average standard content was 97. 05%,RSD value was 1. 857,the average recovery( n = 9,RSD =1. 12%) was 97. 27%,vitamin B2 was stable within 8 h,and the average recovery was 97. 27%. The results showed that vitamin B2 was stable within 8 h,and the average recovery was 97. 27%. The content uniformity of tablets was 13. 162.The fluorescence analysis method established by this method was rapid, simple and accurate, and had good reproducibility. It can be used for the determination of vitamin B2 tablets content and uniformity.
