摘要
目的建立维生素B2片含量均匀度测定的质量标准。方法采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定维生素B2片的含量均匀度,溶媒:冰醋酸、4%氢氧化钠及水(按照5∶30∶965比例混合);样品处理:采用超声处理30 min;检测波长:444 nm;吸收系数(E11%cm):323。结果维生素B2在4~14μg/ml范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为100.00%,RSD=0.86%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法简便准确,稳定性、重复性好,可作为维生素B2片的质量控制标准。
Objective To establish the quality standard for content uniformity in Vitamin B2 tablets.Methods It was used the UV-vis spectrophotometry to determinate the content uniformity in Vitamin B2 tablets.Solution was acetic acid glacial-4% sodium hydroxide-water(5∶30∶965);sample pretreatment: ultrasonic treatment for 30 minutes;detective wavelength: 444 nm;absorption coefficient(E1%1 cm): 323.Results There existed a good linear relation(r=0.999 8) between the Vitamin B2 content and the absorptance value within the range of 4~14 μg/ml.The average recovery was 100.0% with RSD 0.86%(n=6).Conclusion Accurate and repeatable results can be achieved by the simple determination method.The method is suitable for quality control standard of the Vitamin B2 tablets.
