摘要
以丙酮为溶媒将甲硝唑从片纷中溶出,在盐酸液(9→1000)中用紫外分光光度法测定含量。测定波长为277nm。在5-20μg/ml范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率为99.84%,RSD=0.43%(n=5),方法简便快速。
using acetone solvent to extract metronidazole from tablets powder of compound metronidazole. Then determination was carried at wavelength 277nm in hydrochloric acid (9→1000). Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 5~20μg/ml. The average recovery is 99.84%(RSD=0.43%, n=5). This method is simple and rapid to give satisfactory result.
