摘要
采用荧光光度法测定药物中VB2的含量。在激发波长λex=490.0nm和发射波长λem=512.0nm时,回收率可达到96.58%~100.37%,变异系数可控制在0.10%。采用正交实验法,得出最佳测定结果为:溶液放置时间为45min、测量温度为12℃和光线强度为暗光。3个因素对VB2测定的影响顺序分别为测量时间>温度>光线强度。
A method for measuring content of riboflavin in tablets of VB2 with a fluorescence spectro-meter, While fluorescence wavelength was λex=490.0nm and λem=512.0nm, its recovery reached from 96.58% to 100.37%, and the coefficient of variation was controlled by 0.10%. The text applied the condition of orthogonal experiment, draw the optimal conclusion was setting time 45min, measuring temperature 12℃ and dim light intension. The effective sequence to measure VB2 by three factors was respectively time〉temperature 〉light intension.
