改革开放40年我国博士生培养质量研究 被引量:6

摘要 以1978年改革开放至今中国知网(CNKI)数据库的563篇文献资料为样本,运用文献计量方法对博士生培养质量研究的来源期刊分布与发文态势、研究机构分布、核心作者、核心议题等做系统分析。结果显示,博士生培养质量研究以“博士生”和“博士研究生”为核心关键词,并紧密围绕“培养”和“质量”两个主题。从主体、过程、系统、服务和价值五个视角阐释博士生培养质量的内涵,从学术、过程、效益和职业发展四个方面阐述博士生培养质量标准,并凝结博士生及博士生教育环境两个核心要素,提出我国博士生培养质量的建议。 Based on 563 documents in CNKI database since 1978, this paper has systematically analyzed the distribution of source journals, publishing situation, the distribution of research institutions, core authors and issues of doctoral training quality research by bibliometric method. The results show that the key words in the research of doctoral training quality are "doctoral students" and "doctoral degree students",and the two themes of "training" and "quality" are closely related. This paper expounds the connotation of doctoral training quality from five perspectives of subject, process, system, service and value, and the quality standards of doctoral training from four aspects of academic, process, benefit and career development, and condenses the two core elements of doctoral education environment and puts forward some suggestions on the quality of doctoral training in China.
