Influence of comprehensive performance of functional rubber composites

摘要 通过硅烷偶联剂(KH-550)对材料各类助剂进行改性,采用模压成型法制备橡胶复合材料,结合双层平板打孔技术、SEM等技术,研究了硫化促进剂、补强剂、抗菌剂以及抗静电剂对橡胶复合材料综合性能及抗菌防臭性能的影响。结果表明:加入硫化促进剂、改性磷石膏晶须及导电炭黑协同作用,橡胶复合材料的电阻为2.6MΩ,抗静电性能良好,硬度值为58。当抗菌剂为3wt%时,抗菌防臭粉对橡胶复合材料大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌斑直径分别为11mm和25mm;三香胍有机抗菌剂(XT-11)对橡胶复合材料大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌斑直径分别为11mm和40mm。使用抗菌防臭粉与三香胍有机抗菌剂复合时,橡胶复合材料大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌斑直径达到最大值,分别为13mm和40mm,此时抑菌效果最好,获得综合性能较为理想的橡胶复合材料。 The auxiliaries of various materials were modified by silane coupling agent(KH-550).The rubber composites were prepared by compression molding.Combine with double-layer plate drilling and SEM technology.The effects of strong agents,anti-bacterial agents and antistatic agents on the comprehensive properties and antibacterial and deodorizing properties of rubber composites are studied.The results show that the addition of vulcanization accelerator,modified phosphogypsum whisker and conductive carbon black synergistically,the rubber composite has a resistance of 2.6 MΩ,good antistatic performance and hardness value of 58.When the antibacterial agent is 3wt%,the antibacterial and anti-odor powder has a plaque diameter of 11 mm and 25 mm for the rubber composite Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,respectively;The triterpenoid organic antibacterial agent(XT-11)on the rubber composite Escherichia coli.The plaque diameters of Staphylococcus aureus were 11 mm and 40 mm.When the antibacterial and anti-odor powder is combined with the Sanxiang organic antibacterial agent,the diameter of the plaque on the rubber composite Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus reaches the maximum,13 mm and 40 mm,respectively.And the antibacterial effect is best.
