摘要
以硬脂酸钠(SS)为表面改性剂,采用液相直接沉淀制备的方法,原位制备疏水性的ZnO纳米粒子(M-ZnO)。采用激光粒度仪(DLS)针对所制备出的M-ZnO粒径对反应温度、反应时间、SS添加量以及滴加时间进行优化。通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜、红外光谱和接触角分析仪进行表征,改性后的纳米氧化锌具有良好的疏水性,其接触角可以达到125.5°。利用此种疏水氧化锌与丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)树脂制备的ZnO/ABS复合材料,具有良好的加工性能,且因氧化锌的价带作用,有效地改善了ABS树脂的耐老化性,同时还提高了ABS树脂的白度。
Hydrophobic ZnO nanoparticles(M-ZnO)were prepared in situ by liquid phase precipitation using sodium stearate(SS)as surface modifier.Laser particle size analyzer(DLS)was used to optimize the reaction temperature,reaction time,SS content and dropping time of M-ZnO particles.x-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(FESEM),infrared spectroscopy(FI-IR)and contact angle(CA)analyzer shown that the modified Zno had good hydrophobicity and the contact angle can reach 125.5°.The ZnO/ABS composite prepared by this hydrophobic zinc oxide and ABS resin had good processability,and the weatherability and whiteness of ABS were improved effectively by the effect of valence band of ZnO.
