摘要
从铅蓄电池外壳中得到丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS)废弃料和添加阻燃剂的丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物废弃料(FRABS),与聚碳酸酯(PC)熔融共混得到PC/ABS合金和PC/FRABS合金。考察了玻纤、纳米碳酸钙对优选组分PC/ABS和PC/FRABS合金的力学性能的影响,得到了高抗冲型PC/ABS合金、高弯曲强度型PC/ABS合金和阻燃型PC/ABS合金,在满足高性能、低成本的同时,可以针对汽车内饰不同部位的需求,应用于不同零部件的生产中,有效减少了废弃ABS和FRABS对环境的污染。
Polycarbonate( PC)/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene( ABS) alloy and PC/waste ABS containing brominated flame retardants( FRABS) alloy were prepared making use of waste ABS from the lead battery shell and FRABS by melt blending. Moreover, The effects of glass fiber, nano-CaCO3 on the mechanical properties and flame retardancy were investigated. Finally,high-impact PC/ABS alloy,highbending strength PC/ABS alloy and flame retardant PC/ABS alloy were selected. While meeting the requirements of high performance and low cost,the selected PC/ABS alloy had the potential to be applied in the car interior and effectively reduced the environmental pollution of waste ABS and FRABS.
