摘要
本文采用层层自组装的方法在对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)薄膜表面制备聚丙烯胺盐酸盐(PAH)/蒙脱土(MMT)复合涂层,并探究PAH溶液的pH值对涂层厚度的影响。结果表明,PAH/MMT涂层厚度随PAH溶液pH值的升高而升高,且在PET表面线性增长。在PAH溶液pH=9时,PAH/MMT每一个双层的厚度约为6.3nm。湿度为0%时,25个PAH/MMT涂层可使PET膜的氧气透过率从纯PET膜的4.13 cm^3/m^2·atm·day降至0.14 cm^3/m^2·atm·day;湿度为100%时,水蒸汽透过率从纯PET膜的6.62 g/m^2·24h降低至4.11 g/m^2·24 h。热重分析表明,表面改性的PET膜的热稳定性比纯PET有所提升,残炭量从14.2%提高至19.1%。
Poly(allylamine hydrochloride)(PAH)/montmorillonite(MMT)are deposited as bilayers onto the surface of polyethylene terephthalate(PET)film via layer-by-layer(LBL)assembly.The results demonstrated the thickness of PAH/MMT nanocoating increasedlinearlywith bilayer times.When the pHvalue of PAH solution was 9,the average thickness of every bilayer was 6.3 nm.Under dry conditions,the oxygen transmission rate of PET membrane is 4.13cm^3/m^2·atm·day,which reduced to 0.14 cm^3/m^2·atm·day in the PET membrane coated with 25 bilayers of PAH/MMT(PAH/MMT)25@PET).Under the humanity of 100%,the water vapor transmission rate of PET is 6.62 g/m^2·24 h,which decreasedto 4.11 g/m^2·24 h.The thermal stability of PET composite was some improved by PAH/MMT coating at the surface of PET.
