摘要
主要研究了新型炭黑、N330和N550对天然橡胶复合材料的影响,并对补强填料网络机理进行了探索。结果表明:随着新型炭黑用量的增加,拉伸强度先减小然后趋于平缓,拉断伸长率和压缩永久变形逐渐减小,DIN磨耗体积先减小后增大,撕裂强度呈现增大后减小趋势,新型改性炭黑用量为50份时,综合性能较好。炭黑N330、N550用量在35~50份之间存在临界值,使得胶料储能模量突然增大,出现较强的Payne效应,填料网络的形成,包括炭黑补强单元之间相互作用形成的网络以及炭黑粒子-炭黑粒子之间的相互作用,网络结构形成的过程存在逾渗行为。
In this paper, the influence of new carbon black, N330 and N550 on natural rubber composites were studied, and the filler-network mechanism of reinforcing filler was explored. The results show that,with the increase of new modified carbon black,tensile strength first decreased and then tended to be gentle, elongation at break and compression set were decreased,and DIN abrasion volume decreased firstly and then increased, and tear strength increased and then decreased. The comprehensive performance is better when dosage of the new modified carbon black was 50 phr. There is a critical value between N330 and N550 dosage of 35-50 phr, and the storage modulus of the compounds increased suddenly, and strong Payne effect appeared. The formation of the filler-network included the interaction between the carbon black reinforcing element and the interaction of carbon black particles. The percolation phenomenon was existed at the process of forming a network structure.
