摘要
随着影像医学技术的发展,影像科在临床医疗工作中起着重要的辅助作用,越来越多非影像专业的学生到影像科轮转学习相关知识。针对影像医学不断扩大的学生群体,根据不同专业和不同基础及特点的学生,教师需要制定个性化教学方法以利于提高学生的学习效率。实行教师负责制,安排师生一对一的教学模式,使教学任务落实到人,利于教师深入了解每位实习生的学习需求从而实现个性化带教。运用多媒体教学手段,建立影像教学阅片库,为学生提供丰富的学习资源。同时,建立完善的教学考核制度是提高教学质量及督促学生学习的重要保障。本文以日常教学工作中的教学经验为探讨基础,以期为非影像专业学生的教学提供借鉴和参考。
With the development of imaging medical technology, imaging department plays an important auxiliary role in clinical medical work. More and more non-imaging majors turn to the imaging department to learn relevant knowledge. In view of the expanding student group of imaging medicine, teachers need to develop individualized teaching methods according to students of different majors and different foundations and characteristics in order to improve students' learning efficiency. Implementing teacher responsibility system and arranging one-to-one teaching mode between teachers and students, so that teaching tasks can be implemented to people, which is conducive to teachers' in-depth understanding of each intern's learning needs and thus realizing personalized teaching. Using multimedia teaching means, the library of video teaching reading is established to provide students with abundant learning resources. At the same time, the establishment of a perfect teaching assessment system is an important guarantee to improve the quality of teaching and to urge students to learn. Based on the teaching experience in daily teaching work, this paper aims to provide reference for the teaching of non-image majors.
