关于非医学影像专业住院医师超声医学诊断的教学体会 被引量:10

摘要 随着超声医学的发展以及我国住院医师规范化培训的完善,需要越来越多非医学影像专业的学生进行超声诊断的学习。针对超声医学教学不断扩大的学生群体,根据不同专业和不同基础及特点的学生,教师需要及时调整教学方法以利于提高学生的学习效率。根据学生不同阶段的学习状态采用PBL及CBL相结合的多元化教学方法。重视超声报告对学生加快融入工作环境,巩固专业知识的作用。通过加强人文关怀教育,在创造良好的医患氛围下,增加学生动手操作的机会。本文以日常教学工作中的教学经验为探讨基础,以期为非医学影像专业学生的超声医学诊断教学提供借鉴和参考。 With the development of ultrasound and resident standardization training,more and more students who are not majoring in medical imaging are learning ultrasound diagnosis.Aimed at the increasing number of students in the teaching of ultrasound,teachers need to timely adjust teaching methods to improve students'learning efficiency,according to different majors,basic and characteristic students.According to the learning status of students at different stages,a diversified teaching method combining PBL and CBL need to be adopted.That pays attention to the role of ultrasound report in accelerating the integration of work environment and consolidating professional knowledge of students.Students can have more opportunities to operate in a good doctor-patient atmosphere by strengthening humanistic care education.This study is based on the teaching experience in daily teaching.It is expected to provide reference for the teaching of ultrasonic diagnosis for non-medical imaging major students.
