摘要
目的探讨比较影像学教学模式在核医学PET/CT中心实习带教中的应用效果。方法选取2018年9月—2019年7月在核医学科进行实习的120名本科生为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各60例,实验组采用比较影像学带教实习,对照组采用传统的带教实习。对两组的理论知识,病例分析及图像诊断和教学质量评价进行对比研究。数据采用SPSS 19.0进行检验。结果实验组在学习兴趣和主观能动性,查阅文献次数和时间,学生表达及师生交流情况、对教育方法的满意度优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组在核医学理论知识、病例分析及图像诊断三项出科考核成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论比较影像教学法有利于提高教学质量和满意度。
Objective It is to explore the application of comparative imaging teaching mode in the process of practice teaching in the PET center in nuclear medicine department.Methods 120 trainees,from September 2018 to July 2019,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,60 cases in each group.The theoretical knowledge acquisition,case analysis ability,image diagnosis ability and teaching quality evaluation of the two groups were compared.SPSS 19.0 program were used for the statistical analysis.Results The experimental group was superior to the control group in learning interest and subjective initiative,times and time of consulting literature,students'expression,communication between teachers and students,and satisfaction with educational methods(P<0.05).The scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group in the theoretical knowledge of nuclear medicine,case analysis and image diagnosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comparative image teaching method is beneficial to improve teaching quality and satisfaction.
