Memletic Learning Styles评价在临床护生核心能力培养中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨Memletic Learning Styles评价在临床护生核心能力培养中的应用价值。方法:对91名护生在临床带教中运用Memletic Learning Styles教学工具,进行个性化带教来分析带教前后护生的核心能力,学习形态的均衡性,理论操作能力。结果:运用Memletic Learning Styles后护生的核心能力中的临床护理能力方面和理论操作方面得到显著提升,学习形态也得到更均衡发展。结论:Memletic Learning Styles评价能够提升护生的实习效率,提高护生的临床教学质量。
