摘要
煤与瓦斯突出矿井需施工预抽钻孔进行消除突出危险工作,在钻孔施工过程中经常由于钻孔的轨迹偏差导致空白带的出现。为探究预抽钻孔的空白带分布情况,利用随钻轨迹测量仪测定预抽钻孔的成孔轨迹,随钻轨迹测量装置可实现三维钻孔视图,以确定钻孔在不同方向上的偏斜量。经试验发现,钻孔实际成孔轨迹较设计轨迹水平方向偏差较大,分析造成钻孔水平方向偏移量较大的主要因素是受钻杆自重、地质条件及钻进工艺的影响。根据钻孔空白带的分布,对其进行补孔,提高掘进工作面消突准确性,保证了矿井安全生产。
Coal and gas outburst mines need to be pre-drilled to eliminate the dangerous work. In the process of drilling, the blank belt often appears due to the deviation of the borehole. In order to explore the distribution of the blank belt in the pre-drilling hole, the drilling trajectory measuring instrument was used to measure the hole trajectory of the pre-drilling hole. The Drilling trajectory measuring device can realize the three-dimensional drilling view to determine the deviation of the drilling hole in different directions. It was found through experiments the actual hole-forming trajectory of the borehole was larger than that of the horizontal direction of the design trajectory. The main factors causing the large displacement of the borehole in the horizontal direction were the influence of the self-weight, geological conditions and drilling process of the drill pipe. According to the distribution of the blanking zone of the drilling hole, the hole was filled, the accuracy of the tunneling face was improved, and the safe production of the mine was ensured.
