摘要
目前煤矿钻机所用的动力头主要采用整体式结构,整体式动力头箱体结构复杂,更换卡瓦耗时较长,也存在卡瓦打不开的情况,同时夹持管体时只能等分夹持圆周,不能满足全周接触夹持,无法满足对三棱钻杆、螺旋钻杆夹紧。介绍了可分离式动力头的总体方案设计、各个零部件的功能和工作原理,该动力头不需要旋转供油也能满足夹紧力大、卡瓦更换方便和三棱钻杆或螺旋钻杆的夹持,满足用户动力头能加持不同钻杆的需求。
At present,the power head used in coal mine drilling rig mainly adopts an integral structure.The structure of the integral power head box is complex,and it takes a long time to replace the slip.There are also situations where the slips cannot be opened.At the same time,when clamping the pipe body,only the circumference can be evenly divided,which cannot meet the full circumference contact clamping and cannot meet the clamping requirements for triangular drill rod and spiral drill rod.Introduced the overall design of the separable power head,the functions and working principles of each component.The power head does not require rotating oil supply,but can also meet the requirements of high clamping force,convenient replacement of slip,and clamping of triangular or spiral drill rod,which meets the needs of users for the power head to support different drill rods.
