摘要
为降低煤矿企业采购成本,加大定向钻机推广应用,研制了经济型定向钻机。该经济型定向钻机的关键元件孔底马达、泥浆泵采用进口,主要零部件通过提高标准化率、通用率的方法进行了国产化改造生产。通过该方法既降低成本,又保障了钻机的使用性能。重点介绍了定向钻机的结构组成及关键技术,钻机研制成功后,在多个煤矿进行了推广应用,最大孔深达到600m,经济性好,完全达到了设计要求。
In order to reduce procurement costs of coal mining enterprises, increase the promotion and application of directional drilling, economic directional drilling rig is designed. Key components of the drilling system such as down hole motor and pump motor are imported. The cost of drilling rig main components is reduced and the performance is ensured by localization or improving the standardization rate and general rate. The rig has been used in many coal mine, the maximum hole depth has reached 600 meters, which shows favorable economy and meets the requirements of the original design.
