摘要
随着井下瓦斯抽采技术的进步,定向钻机正朝着大孔径、长钻孔的方向发展。大型定向钻机受井下巷道空间的限制,需要配备独立的泥浆泵车。泵车液压系统设计成变量泵的负载敏感控制系统,通过对负载敏感多路阀阀芯的先导油进行减压控制的方式,实现对水泵的流量调节。根据泵车的设计参数,对该系统的关键液压件进行选型计算,确定了电动机、泵和马达的型号,并经过校核计算,所选液压件的各项参数满足设计要求。现场使用情况表明,泵车运行情况良好,能满足ZYWL-13000DS定向钻机在各种工况下的使用要求。与同类泵车相比,该泵车液压系统具有能量损失小、调节精度高等特点,可为同类泵车的设计提供参考。
The directional drilling rig is developing towards large drilling diameter and long drilling distance with the progress of the gas extracting technology. Limited by space of underground laneway, the large directional drilling rig needs to equip independent slurry pump truck. The hydraulic system of the pump truck was designed as the load-sensitive control system with variable pump, in which the pump flow was controlled via reducing the pressure of the pilot oil of the spool of the load-sensitive multi-way valve. According to the design parameters of the pump truck, the key hydraulic components of the system was calculated and sized, and the model of the electromotor, pump and hydraulic motor was determined. Checking calculation showed each parameter of the selected hydraulic components satisfied the design requirements. In addition, field application showed the pump truck operated well and satisfied the operation requirements of the ZYWL-13000DS directional drilling rig in various working conditions. Compared with the same type of the pump truck, the hydraulic system of the pump truck was characterized by the less energy loss and the higher control accuracy. It offered reference for the design of the same type of the pump truck.
