摘要
介绍一种新型潜孔冲击器的工作原理和设计计算.与普通潜孔锤相比,设备具有结构简单、体积小、重量轻、冲击能量大、冲击效率高等特点.通过对设计参数进行校核计算,证明该高气压潜孔冲击器能满足非开挖掘进的要求.
In this article, the working principle and design calculations of a new type of DTH impacter are described. Compared with the general DTH hammer, the equipment has simple structure, small size, light weight, the impact of high energy and high efficiency. The design parameters are calculated, that the high pressure DTH impacter can meet non-digging boring.
