一种新型潜孔冲击器的结构设计与性能分析 被引量:3

Performance and Analysis of a New Structure of Down-the-hole Hammer

摘要 设计了一种新型潜孔冲击器,剖析了其结构特点,在外径都为200mm时,新型冲击器整体长度相较于传统冲击器减小了7.7%。仿真计算表明,当工作风压为2.4MPa时,新型冲击器的频率是25.8 Hz,耗气量是25.91 m^3/min,而传统冲击器的频率是26.4 Hz,耗气量是26.63 m^3/min,两者相差无几,但新型冲击器的冲击功却相较于传统冲击器提高了9.62%。新型潜孔冲击器矿山现场试用进尺量较传统冲击器提高15.4%,具有体积小、重量轻、冲击能量大、冲击效率高等特点。 A new type of down-the-hole hammer was presented,and its structural characteristics were analyzed.When the outer diameter was 200 mm,the overall length of the new down-the-hole hammer was 7.7%less than that of the traditional one.When the working air pressure was 2.4 MPa,the frequency of the traditional hammer was 26.4 Hz,and the gas consumption was 26.63 m^3/min,while the frequency of the new hammer was 25.8 Hz,and the gas consumption was 25.91 m^3/min.Their frequencies and gas consumption were similar.But the impact energy of the new hammer was 9.62% higher than that of the traditional hammer.Compared with the traditional hammer,the new down-the-hole hammer had the characteristics of small volume,light weight,large impact energy and high impact efficiency.
