液压远控清水泵站的改进优化与应用

摘要 液压远控清水泵站经过一段时间的使用,用户反映清水泵站没有安装蓄能器,高能液动锤产生的脉冲会损坏泥浆泵。清水泵站的出水口没有安装安全调压阀,导致泵站提供给液动锤的水压不稳定,降低液动锤施工效率。过滤器过于笨重且成本较高,不适用于煤矿井下。针对用户的反映,对清水泵站的多个部件进行了优化和改进,提高了清水泵站的实用性。改进后的清水泵站在河南焦煤9矿进行了使用,并得到了认可。 After a period of use of the hydraulic remote control clean water pump station,the user said that the clean water pump station was not equipped with an accumulator,and the pulse generated by the high-energy hydraulic hammer would damage the mud pump.There is no safety pressure regulating valve installed at the outlet of the clean water pump station,which causes the unstable water pressure provided by the pump station to the hydraulic hammer and reduces the construction efficiency of the hydraulic hammer.The filter is too bulky and expensive,so it is not suitable for underground coal mines.According to the user′s response,optimized and improved several components of the clean water pump station,which improves the practicability of the clean water pump station.The improved clean water pump station has been used and recognized in No.9 Coking Coal Mine of Henan Province.
