摘要
针对煤矿井下钻孔群轨迹测量及监测技术研究及应用较少,无法实现瓦斯抽采盲区的分析与显示、无法指导后续钻孔设计施工等问题,利用钻孔轨迹监测技术及数据处理软件,实现钻孔群轨迹实时测量与三维绘图。该技术硬件由钻孔轨迹测量系统组成,软件功能包括钻孔轨迹计算、巷道及钻孔三维建模与显示。钻孔数据处理实现钻孔轨迹的计算,钻孔轨迹三维建模将钻孔轨迹、煤层走向等信息通过三维方式显示,钻孔轨迹设计指导模块给出钻孔抽采盲区,实现了煤矿地质透明化。实践表明:利用随钻轨迹监测技术对钻孔轨迹进行监测,可有效控制或消除了钻孔瓦斯抽采盲区,利于煤矿瓦斯抽采与施工安全。
In view of the few research and application of borehole group trajectory measurement and monitoring technology in coal mine, the analysis and display of gas drainage blind area can’t be realized, and the design and construction of subsequent boreholes can’t be guided, the real-time measurement and three-dimensional drawing of borehole group trajectory can be realized by using borehole trajectory monitoring technology and data processing software. The hardware of the technology is composed of drilling trajectory measurement system, and the software functions include drilling trajectory calculation, roadway and drilling three-dimensional modeling and display. The drilling data processing realizes the calculation of drilling trajectory. The three-dimensional modeling of drilling trajectory displays the drilling trajectory, coal seam strike and other information in a three-dimensional way. The drilling trajectory design guidance module gives the blind area of drilling and extraction, which realizes the transparency of coal mine geology. The practice shows that monitoring the borehole trajectory by using the trajectory while drilling monitoring technology can effectively control or eliminate the blind area of borehole gas drainage, which is conducive to gas drainage and construction safety in coal mine.
