超超临界1000MW节流配汽机组滑压运行曲线优化 被引量:7

摘要 超超临界节流配汽汽轮机采用制造厂提供的滑压运行曲线运行时,通常会存在高压调节阀开度偏小,节流损失较大等问题,不利于机组的经济运行。本文以某超超临界1000MW节流配汽汽轮机组为例,介绍了节流配汽汽轮机滑压运行优化试验方法,通过不同典型负荷下的热耗率对比试验,并结合机组高压调节阀的实际流量特性,得出兼顾机组经济性和负荷响应要求的滑压运行曲线;同时提出以实际运行背压为基准,按季节进行滑压运行曲线背压修正的方法,并给出了背压修正后滑压运行曲线的实际应用方法。结果表明,该方法可提高节流配汽汽轮机实际运行的经济性,具有一定的实际应用价值。 It is always to be a problem that the high-pressure regulating valve opening is too small,which leads to too large throttling loss when the ultra-supercritical throttle governing steam turbine is operated by the sliding pressure operation curve provided by the manufacturer.Thus,it is not conducive to the economic operation of the unit.To solve this problem,by taking an ultra-supercritical 1 000 MW throttle governing steam turbine as the example,this paper introduces the optimization test method of sliding pressure operation for the throttle governing steam turbine.Through the heat rate comparison test at various typical loads and combining with the actual flow characteristics of the unit’s high pressure regulating valve,the sliding pressure operation curve which takes account into both the unit’s economical performance and response requirement is obtained.Moreover,on the basis of the actual operation back pressure,this paper proposes the correction method for back pressure corresponding to different seasons,and the practical application method for the sliding pressure operation curve with modified back pressure is also given.The results show that,this method can improve the actual economy of the throttle governing steam turbine,which has a certain value of practical application.
