摘要 通过对辽宁电网一次调频考核指标计算方法的分析,提出了基于规则的机组一次调频优化控制算法和逻辑设计方案,对数字式电液控制系统(DEH)、协调控制(UCC)等,增加了不等率函数增益动态修正、一次调频前馈分量的流量指令非线性修正、汽轮机主控中主蒸汽压力偏差动态分离等功能。同时,总结了以电网调度中心的同步相量测量装置(PMU)数据为基准的机组一次调频优化调试方法,并对该控制算法进行了机组全负荷段的一次调频模拟试验和应用。结果表明,机组负荷跟踪灵敏,负荷调整幅度偏差β3为16.9%,完全达到电网一次调频的考核指标要求(<25%)。 The calculation method for primary frequency regulation index in Liaoning power grid was investigated.Rule based primary frequency regulation optimal control algorithm and logic design scheme were put forward.For digital electro-hydraulic(DEH)system and unit coordinated control(UCC)system,several functions were added,such as dynamic correction for unequal rate function gain,nonlinear correction for flow instruction of primary frequency feedforward component,and dynamic separation of main steam pressure deviation in turbine main control.The optimal debug methods for primary frequency regulation using the synchronized phasor measurement unit(PMU)data from power dispatching center were summarized.By this control algorithm,the simulated test and application of primary frequency regulation under unit full load condition was conducted.The results showed that the unit load track was sensitive,and the load regulation amplitude deviationβ3was 16.9%,which dramatically satisfied the requirement(lower than 25%)of primary frequency regulation index.
