摘要
为降低汽轮机组滑压运行模式下的能耗,提高机组的整体经济性,提出深度调峰下汽轮机组滑压运行优化技术研究。通过分析深度调峰下汽轮机组滑压运行方式,分析其相关特点,根据计算的汽轮机性能极限值优化给水系统,进而实现整体技术优化。通过实验对比优化技术前与优化技术后的运行能耗,可以看出优化技术后能够有效降低汽轮机组滑压运行热能耗。
In order to reduce the energy consumption of steam turbine unit under sliding pressure operation mode and improve the overall economy of the whole unit,the optimization technology of sliding pressure operation of steam turbine unit under deep peak load regulation is proposed.By analyzing the sliding pressure operation mode of steam turbine unit under deep peak load regulation,the relevant characteristics are analyzed,and the feed water system is optimized according to the calculated performance limit value of steam turbine,so as to realize the overall technical optimization.By comparing the operation energy consumption before and after the optimization technology,it can be seen that the optimized technology can effectively reduce the heat consumption of steam turbine unit in sliding pressure operation.
