摘要
提出了一种汽轮机功率背压特性(即微增出力)的通用计算方法,该方法有两大特点:一是简单,只需知道低压排汽面积和排汽流量即可;二是精确,与运行或试验数据相比,误差仅在0.3%以内。具体介绍了计算方法的原理及分析各种假定可能引起的误差。
Proposed was a universal method for calculating the power/back-pressure characteristics(i.e.micro-increased capacity) of a steam turbine.The method in question boasts two big features: one is simple,it is only necessarily to know the low pressure exhaust steam area and flow rate,and another is accurate,the errors relative to the operating or test data are within a range of 0.3%.Its theory was described in detail and the errors possibly caused by various assumptions were analyzed.
