摘要
为了提高汽轮机变工况运行的经济性,研究机组滑压优化运行方式,提出了联合使用负荷与阀位基准的测试方法,针对具有4个高压调门的机组结合实例进行了详细的描述,试验结果表明该测试方法得到的滑压曲线更精细,可以快捷、准确地找到机组最经济的滑压运行方式。
In order to improve the operation efficiency of steam turbines in variable conditions, the optimized sliding pressure operation mode is studied, the test method of combined utilization of load basis and valve point basis is proposed and described with two real samples which include 4 high pressure governing valves severally. The result shows the most economic sliding pressure operating mode can be found rapidly and accurately by the proposed method.
