摘要
为了提高土木工程施工工人的安全意识,提升施工人员的健康指数,从而达到减少安全事故发生的目的,本文通过健康管理规范研究、事故案例统计以及文献计量的方式确定了22个健康影响因素,在此基础上采用解释结构模型方法,分析因素间的相互关系及结构层次,以找出影响健康的直接原因、间接原因及深层次原因。结果表明:施工工人较低的社会认可度是影响健康的深层次原因,工人生活环境及工人不良意识状态、不良心态、非安全型性格特征等是影响健康的直接原因,工人施工环境等因素是影响健康的间接原因。因此,改善施工工人的施工和生活环境,提高工人的社会认可度,并进行安全心理培训等,可以为土木工程施工工人健康的身心状态提供保障。本文对土木工程施工企业完善施工工人健康管理起到一定推动作用。
In order to improve the safety awareness of civil engineering construction workers,increase the health index of construction workers to achieve the purpose of reducing safety accidents, this paper identified 22 health influencing factors through the health management normative research,accident case statistics and bibliometric methods. Based on this,the method of the interpretative structural model was used to analyze the interrelationships between the factors and the structural level,so as to find out the direct, indirect and deep-seated reasons affecting health. The results showed that the low social recognition of construction workers is a deep-seated cause of health. Workers’ living environment,workers’ bad consciousness state,bad mentality, and non-safe personality characteristics are the most direct causes of health, workers’ construction environment and other factorsare indirect causes of health. Therefore, improving the construction and living environment of construction workers, increasing the social recognition of workers, and conducting safety psychological training can provide a guarantee for the healthy physical and mental state of civil engineering construction workers. The paper would promote the construction workers’ health management in civil engineering construction enterprises.
