摘要
由于地铁PPP项目建设阶段涉及的利益相关者最多,风险最为复杂。本文对地铁PPP建设阶段利益相关者进行识别。采用案例分析法,整理在实际PPP项目中利益相关者的不规范行为频次,从而对各利益相关者进行分析。识别和分析结果有利于项目中对利益相关者的管理与协调。
The construction stage of PPP project involves the most stakeholders and the most complicated risks.This paper identifies stakeholders in the construction stage of Metro PPP,and uses the case analysis method to sort out the frequency of non-standard behaviors of stakeholders in actual PPP projects,so as to analyze each stakeholder specifically.In short,identifying and analyzing results is beneficial to the management and coordination of stakeholders in the project.
