摘要
随着地铁建设的大力推进,参与地铁施工的农民工的安全状况受到了严重威胁,而这些在很大程度上与安全教育培训不到位有关。本文在现有的理论基础上,通过问卷调查分析了地铁施工农民工安全教育培训的现状,发现地铁施工中农民工的文化素质和安全意识不高、流动性大、多数农民工没有劳动合同的保障等问题。本文根据这些问题,从农民工、法律和政府方面,找出安全教育培训效果不佳的深层次原因,并提出新的安全教育培训机制。
With the development of subway construction,the safety of migrant workers involved in subway construction has been seriously threatened,which is largely related to the inadequate safety education and training.Based on the existing theory and through the questionnaire survey analysis of the status quo of safety education and training of migrant workers in subway construction,this paper found several problems such as the cultural quality and safety awareness of migrant workers in subway construction is not high,frequent migrations and most migrant workers have no guarantee of the labor contracts.Finally,according to these problems,this paper attempts to find out the deep-seated reasons for the poor effect of safety education and training from the aspects of migrant workers,law and government,and furthermore put forward a new safety education and training mechanism.
