摘要
房屋拆迁是群体利益冲突比较尖锐的领域,从社会风险转化成公共危机的可能性比较大。房屋拆迁的社会稳定风险评估包括方法、体系、模型三大部分。社会燃烧理论是构建风险评估体系的基础,为体系的建设提供理论框架;三要素风险评估方法好似雷达,将覆盖房屋拆迁的风险源网罗其中;模糊综合评价模型兼顾了定量和定性分析,实现对风险的量化体现。
Building demolition is a field with conflict of interest,where social risks are easy to be transformed to public crisis.Exposure rating on housing demolition includes a system,a method,and a model.Social burning theory is the basis of exposure rating on housing demolition system,which provides theory framework for the system.It is just like a radar and the three elements of exposure rating will cover all the risk sources of housing demolition.Both quantitative and qualitative analyses are applied in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.According to the risk level form quantitative analysis,decision maker will determine the next step in the work of house dismantlement project.
