摘要
当前地方本科院校汉语言文学师范专业培养的人才,在基本技能、班主任工作能力和全面的知识素养等方面,尚不能满足中小学校的要求。基于需求导向,地方本科院校汉语言文学师范专业应在学生的技能训练、课程设置、实践实习、因材施教等方面进行改革,以适应社会的需求,以提高汉语言文学师范专业的品质。
At present,the talents trained in the normal major of Chinese Language and Literature in local undergraduate universities cannot meet the requirements of primary and secondary schools in terms of basic skills,work ability of head teachers and comprehensive knowledge literacy.Based on the demand orientation,the major of Chinese language and literature teachers in local undergraduate universities should be reformed in the aspects of students’skill training,curriculum setting,practical practice and teaching according to their aptitude so as to meet the needs of society and improve the quality of the normal major of Chinese language and literature teachers.
