摘要
美国研究型大学在跨学科人才培养上秉承卓越取向,在培养规模与培养质量上均居世界前列。从特点来看,跨学科人才培养贯穿本硕博三个层次、与创业教育紧密结合,采用国际化培养路径;从趋势来看,跨学科组织在研究型大学趋于中心化、跨学科教育受到政府与大学科研的双重驱动、愈发重视学生需求与遵循一定的就业取向,以及通过进一步实践去巩固其在高等教育系统内的引领地位。美国的经验对我国研究型大学跨学科人才培养模式变革与机制创新具有重要启示。
American research universities, which are at the forefront of the world in the scale and quality of Interdisciplinary talents cultivation, uphold the tradition of excellence. In terms of characteristics, these universities provide interdisciplinary talent cultivation through undergraduate, master and PhD education levels, closely combined with entrepreneurship education and by the international cultivation path. Interdisciplinary talent training is combined with entrepreneurship education. The development trend of interdisciplinary talent eultivationhas shown the four aspects: interdisciplinary organizations tend to be centralized in research universities, interdisciplinary education is double driven by the government and universityinterdisciplinary research, moreattention being paid to student needs and certain employment orientation being followed, and consolidating the leading positionby further practice. The US experience has significant implication for the the mode change and mechanism innovation of interdisciplinary talents cultivation in Chinese research universities.
