摘要
目的:探究无缝隙护理干预对鼻窦炎手术围术期护理质量的效果。方法:选择至我院就诊的鼻窦炎患者106例作为本次的研究对象,时间段为2016年1月至2017年1月,其中对常规组给予传统护理,对实验组给予无缝隙护理干预,将两组的护理效果进行分析。结果:鼻窦炎手术过程中可见炎性病变范围、炎性病变程度与术前CT检查的符合率达97.17%。实验组的术后疼痛评分明显低于常规组,住院时间明显短于常规组,并发症发生率明显低于常规组,生活质量评分明显高于常规组,P<0.05。结论:对鼻窦炎患者给予无缝隙护理干预措施,利于优化护理工作的质量,缩短住院时间,促进身体的早日康复,值得采纳。
Objective:to explore the effect of seamless nursing intervention on perioperative nursing quality of rhinosinusitis.Methods:of choice to our hospital 106 cases of sinusitis patients as the research object, the time period for January 2016 to January 2017, including the conventional group was given traditional nursing care, to give the seamless nursing intervention to the experimental group, the nursing effect of two groups were analyzed.Results:During the operation of sinusitis, the coincidence rate of the extent and degree of inflammatory lesions with preoperative CT examination was 97.17%. Postoperative pain score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group, hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that of the conventional group, the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the conventional group, and the quality of life score was significantly higher than that of the conventional group, P < 0.05.Conclusion:seamless nursing intervention for patients with sinusitis is beneficial to optimize the quality of nursing work, shorten hospitalization time, and promote early recovery of the body.
