摘要
目的 探究在鼻窦炎的围手术期应用无缝隙护理干预的临床效果。方法 本次研究在2018年2月至2020年2月广州市第一人民医院南沙医院鼻窦炎手术病例样本中抽选100例,编号后随机分组,对照组(选择常规护理)、研究组(无缝隙护理干预),每组各50例,以疼痛评分、SF-36生活质量评分、QoR-15评分、护理满意度为指标,进行对比分析。结果 相比对照组,研究组干预后生活质量评分更高,VAS评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相对于对照组及术后24h,研究组术后3d的QoR-15评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理满意度对比,研究组96%高于对照组82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对行手术治疗的鼻窦炎患者在围术期应用无缝隙护理,对改善患者术后疼痛、生活质量及术后恢复情况具有显著的作用,提高患者满意度,可应用推广。
Objective To explore clinical effect of seamless nursing intervention in perioperative period of sinusitis surgery.Methods The paper chose 100 cases sinusitis surgery patients in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020,and divided them into control group (routine nursing) and research group (seamless nursing intervention) randomly.Number of cases in two groups was 50.Comparative analysis was carried out with indicators of pain scores,SF-36 life quality scores,QOR-15 scores and nursing satisfaction degree.Results Study group had higher life quality scores and lower VAS scores after intervention than control group,(P<0.05);QOR-15 scores of study group were higher at 3 days after operation than control group 24 hours after operation (P<0.05),nursing satisfaction degree in study group was 96% higher than 82% in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Seamless nursing in perioperative period plays significant role in improving postoperative pain,life quality and postoperative recovery,improving satisfaction degree of patients with sinusitis surgical treatment,which can be applied and promoted.
