摘要
目的探讨舒适护理干预的实施对于鼻窦炎患者治疗恢复的影响。方法选取我院2020年1—12月收治的100例鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象,分为观察组(舒适护理干预)和对照组(常规护理)各50例,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者在护理后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分[(41.67±3.99)分<(47.12±4.70)分,t=6.251]以及复发率(4.00%<18.00%,χ^(2)=5.005)低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者在护理后的健康调查简表(SF-36)评分[(78.12±5.86)分>(70.43±6.07)分,t=6.445]以及护理满意度(94.00%>80.00%,χ^(2)=4.332)高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的鼻塞症状消失时间[(5.39±1.16)d<(7.71±1.37)d,t=9.139]、流脓涕症状消失时间[(6.25±1.40)d<(8.64±1.91)d,t=7.136]、头痛症状消失时间[(6.33±1.56)d<(8.91±1.87)d,t=7.491]比对照组更短(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理干预的实施,可以有效提高鼻窦炎护理效果,减轻患者的不适症状,进而改善其身心状态。
Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing intervention on the treatment and recovery of patients with sinusitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with sinusitis treated in our hospital from January to December 2020 were divided into observation group(comfort nursing intervention)and control group(routine nursing),with 50 cases in each group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The score of self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the observation group[(41.67±3.99)<(47.12±4.70),t=6.251]and the recurrence rate(4.00%<18.00%),χ^(2)=5.005)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of SF-36 in the observation group[(78.12±5.86)>(70.43±6.07),t=6.445]and nursing satisfaction(94.00%>80.00%,χ^(2)=4.332)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the disappearance time of nasal congestion symptoms[(5.39±1.16)d<(7.71±1.37)d,t=9.139],runny nose symptoms[(6.25±1.40)d<(8.64±1.91)d,t=7.136]and headache symptoms[(6.33±1.56)d<(8.91±1.87)d,t=7.491]in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comfort nursing intervention can effectively improve the nursing effect of sinusitis,reduce the discomfort symptoms of patients,and then improve their physical and mental state.
