摘要
目的分析无缝隙护理在鼻窦炎手术围术期护理中的应用效果及对生活质量的影响。方法样本取自2019年7月-2021年6月时段内本院收治80例行手术治疗鼻窦炎患者,依据护理干预不同分为对比组(常规护理)、研究组(无缝隙护理),单组例数40,观察评估临床指标、生活质量。结果研究组术后3dVAS评分较对比组更低,疾病控制时间、住院时间较对比组更短(P<0.05);研究组QOL-BREF量表4个方面评分均较对比组更高(P<0.05)。结论针对行手术治疗鼻窦炎患者,在围手术期配合无缝隙护理干预,能够最大程度缓解患者疼痛,缩短疾病控制及住院时间,同时,还可显著提高其生活质量。
Objective To analyze the application effect of seamless nursing in the perioperative nursing of sinusitis surgery and its influence on the quality of life.Methods The samples were taken from 80 patients with sinusitis treated by surgery in our hospital from July 2019 to June 2021.According to different nursing interventions,they were divided into a comparison group(routine care)and a study group(seamless care).The number of cases in the group is 40.Observe and evaluate clinical indicators,quality of life.Results The postoperative 3dVAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the disease control time and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of the four aspects of the QOL-BREF scale of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with sinusitis undergoing surgery,with seamless nursing intervention during the perioperative period,the pain can be relieved to the greatest extent,disease control and hospitalization time can be shortened,and at the same time,the quality of life can be significantly improved.
