摘要
目的分析鼻窦炎手术患者围术期应用无缝隙护理的效果。方法于2018年4月—2019年9月选取本院收治的鼻窦炎手术患者88例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=44)实施常规护理,观察组(n=44)实施无缝隙护理,比较两组患者的住院天数、疼痛评分以及生活质量评分。结果观察组住院天数少于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组生活质量评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论鼻窦炎手术患者围术期应用无缝隙护理的效果显著,可改善患者的疼痛程度,促使患者的住院时间明显缩短,对患者生活质量的提升有促进效果。
Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative application of seamless nursing in patients with sinusitis surgery.Methods From April 2018 to September 2019,88 patients with sinusitis surgery admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random digital table method.The control group(n=44)was given routine care,and the observation group(n=44)was given seamless care.The hospitalization days,pain scores and quality of life scores of patients in the group.Results The observation group had fewer hospital stays and lower pain scores than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group’s quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of seamless nursing in patients with sinusitis surgery during the perioperative period is significant,which can improve the patient's pain and promote the hospitalization time of the patient to be shortened significantly.
