摘要
目的分析对鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者加强围手术期手术室护理干预的效果。方法选取该院2017年1月-2018年12月收治的102例鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,均行鼻内镜手术治疗,在此基础上,对照组患者行常规护理干预,观察组患者围手术期手术室系统护理干预,对比两组患者临床疗效、护理满意度情况、并发症发生情况。结果与对照组(70.59%)对比,观察组(96.08%)总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.562,P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评分为(95.12±2.28)分,高于对照组的(75.12±2.58)分,差异有统计学意义(t=12.633,P<0.05);与对照组(13.73%)对比,观察组(3.92%)并发症发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.557,P<0.05)。结论对鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者加强围手术期手术室护理干预的效果显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of strengthening the perioperative operating room nursing intervention for patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods 102 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.All patients underwent endoscopic surgery.On this basis,the control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,the perioperative operating room system nursing intervention of the observation group,comparing the clinical efficacy,nursing satisfaction and complica-tions of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group(70.59%),the total effective rate was higher in the observation group(96.08%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.562,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was(95.12±2.28)points.Compared with the control group(75.12±2.58)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.633,P<0.05).Compared with the control group(13.73%),the observation group(3.92%)had a lower incidence of complications.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.557,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of perioperative operating room nursing intervention on patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps is significant.
