“护理助手”App在护士分层培训及考核中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的:护理助手App在护士分层培训及考核中的应用效果.方法:统计分析护理助手应用前后每位护士的培训学习时间、知识掌握程度、临床综合能力水平、护士对培训考核等管理工作的满意度、患者及家属对护理工作的满意度.结果:应用护理助手App后,每位护士的培训学习时间、知识掌握程度、临床综合能力水平、护士对培训考核等管理工作的满意度、患者及家属对护理工作的满意度均有提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:护理助手App可以让护士充分利用碎片时间参加继续教育,根据不同阶层学习对应能级的知识,增加学习的机会,提高学习效率和服务质量,增加了护士对工作的信心和满意度,受到了患者及家属的好评,值得推广应用. Objective: The application effect of nursing assistant App in stratified training and assessment of nurses. Methods: The training and learning time, knowledge mastery, and clinical comprehensive ability level of each nurse before and after the application of nursing assistant, nurses' satisfaction with management work such as training and assessment, and patients' and their families' satisfaction with nursing work are analyzed statistically. Results: After the application of nursing assistant App, each nurse's training and learning time, knowledge mastery, clinical comprehensive ability level, nurses' satisfaction with training and assessment and other management work, and patients' and their families' satisfaction with nursing work all improved with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion: Nursing assistant App allows nurses to make full use of fragmented time to participate in continuing education, learn knowledge of corresponding level according to different levels, increase learning opportunities, improve learning efficiency and service quality, and improve the confidence and satisfaction in their work. It is highly praised by patients and their families and worthy of promotion and application.
